Step into a 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 where sound becomes more than something you hear; it becomes something you feel, gently moving through the body, quieting the mind, and guiding you back to center. Join award-winning musician and certified sound therapist 𝐋𝐲𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭 for an evening of 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, a gentle group session designed to reduce stress, soothe the nervous system, and support your overall well-being through the power of vibration and resonance.
𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Resonant gongs to ground and realign
- Singing bowls tuned to support the body’s natural energy flow
- Flutes to soothe the mind and open the heart
- Gentle drums, chimes, and calming sonic textures to invite deep inner stillness
This is a 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 offered in a peaceful, inclusive setting where you can simply rest, receive, and renew. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or anything to help you feel at ease. There is no yoga or physical activity involved this is just for rest and relaxation.
Seating is available. No prior experience is needed. This event is a 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, a sanctuary of sound and stillness for anyone seeking peace, clarity, or simply a gentle reset.
